Game won't load properly

I bought this game yesterday and I played Chapter 1 and it worked fine, now after I type in my username and password it stalls there and will not continue. I have tried restarting the computer and reinstalling it and nothing is working. Please help and thank you.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if you are connected to the internet when starting the game? Also, are you receiving an error message, or is the game stuck on a blank screen?
