Keyboard QTEs not working properly?

It seemed to me like I was failing all the QTEs even when I hit them in episode 3 and none of the "hammer Q" QTEs disappeared - even when the bar was full it -seemed- like I was failing them. Although I don't exactly know what the difference between the failure and success states are and I guess I must have succeeded the ones where I was turning wolf-man because I didn't die? I don't know.

Can anyone tell me if they felt the same or maybe shine some light on what the difference between failure and success states for the QTEs were?

    Same here. Eventhough I got the Q things full, nothing happened. Made it feel kinda pointless

    Then what's the point of QTEing them? If they're going to be put there I'd say you should probably feel some kind of victory for the effort. Even if it still ends up bad for you, at least in the moment you should feel like you've accomplished something by hammering at the key. IMO.

    It increases tension. However, I agree that they should make it so it seems like it's really hard, rather than it seeming like it's broken.
