Is Bigby Wolf also the main character in the comics?
So because I'm really loving the wolf among us I wanted to check out the comics
especially since the game is a prequel
but is Bigby Wolf also the protagonist of the comics?

For the most part,yes. Although the comics switch to other fables and story arcs from time to time.
And you should definitely give the comics a shot! I know I did after ep 1 and I wasn't disappointed in the slightest. And don't worry, the comics will not spoil the game for you in any way.
He's not AS main a character as he is in the game. You don't see the world through Bigby's eyes alone. He is in many of the issues, yes, but the action occasionally happens where Bigby is not present and may focus on other characters entirely. Sometimes Bigby is absent from the story arc for several issues. There are also some issues that single out and focus on another character entirely, without the rest of the Fable community. But yeah, generally, he is in many of the issues and has the role of one of the main protagonists.
Kinda, It follows multiple charcters but it mostly follows the stories of Snow and Bigby and at times more snow than Bigby, Its a good read regardless
I'd say he's one of the main five, and one of the most prominent of those.

since I really want to know what happens to him and the others after the telltale's game ends
the fables comic series will also be ending next year (or so I have heard)
Yeah, you get a ton from the comics. And the best part is, it doesn't ruin the game for you. I still have no idea who the killer could be, and I've read every issue. Granted, most of the characters do not appear in the comics, since Telltale has the right to do what they want. They still have Bill Willingham around reminding them what can and cannot go on, since they want to keep it as canon as possible. They're doing a fine job at that, thankfully.
