Disconnecting at main screen xbox 360

The game disconnects me as soon has i start the game. I get at the main screen and then of course the game asks me to log in to my profile. It doesn't log in and can't get through the title screen so it sends me back to the dashboard. My connection is ok since i can play any other game without any problems and i can also connect on the dashboard. I tried playing offline but ii does the same. i re installed the game twice and i have the same issue, I payed for the game and want to play answer please !

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify what model Xbox 360 you are currently using? You may have to clear your system's cache, and try again. You can find out how to clear your cache in this webpage:

    If this does not work, can you please clarify how big your hard drive is, and how much space you currently have left on it?

    I have the black arcade model with a 3 gb hard drive, My hard drive is empty. All my saves and downloads are on a 30 gb usb key with 16 free gb. I cleared content cache but still doesn't work. Do you absolutely need to be online to play this game ? either way it doesn't work.

    My apologies, can you please clarify if you are using the same Xbox Live profile that purchased the game with? Also, have you started the game recently while connected to the internet, to make sure you have downloaded the latest Title Update?

  • Yes I am using the same profile, and yes I recently connected it to the internet to see if any new downloads were available. I have had this game purchased for going on three weeks and I haven't even got to play it once. I am getting beyond ticked. I have started it and restarted it I have cleared my cache I have checked my connection I even unhooked my internet connection for two weeks and tried it again and still I get the same problem. My hard drive or memory isn't the problem my gamer tag isn't the problem quite frankly it seems to me the game is the problem.
