Episode 3 Books of Fables missing slot

Hi everyone, I've played episode 3 and I like it, but there are 3 missing book of Fables slot:
-Between Nerissa and Vivian

-Between Flycatcher and The Trip Trap

-Between Aunty Greenleaf and Glamour tube

Does anyone know how to unlock them? Thanks

    1. When attending the funeral don't interrupt it and go to the table and read the cards.

    2. go to Ichabod Cranes apartment and look at the headless horseman statue.

    3. Burn down the tree I think.
