axe made of silver? Bloody Mary was about to behead bigby with it and only silver can damage bigby.

Yes its silver i think.
They said it's enchanted with a druid blessing, so even if it's not silver, it's magic and could conceivably hurt Bigby.
It doesn't even really matter what it's made of, since the axe has already been proven to be a viable weapon against Bigby. It's the same blade with which Woody cut his belly open. This can be seen in the ingame Book of Fables.
