More info please, what platform are you playing on? Is it a problem with downloading the game, or actually playing the episodes? Maybe check the internet options on your console?

In order to properly help you with this, we need to know - at the very least - which system you're trying to play the game on.

OK. So you're tying to play the PC version direct from Telltale's site.
When you say you get the message "Can't communicate with servers", is that within the game itself, or does it pop up when you try to launch the game?
