It seems pretty obvious now at this point that Georgie is working with the Crooked Man. If you remember right before Bigby and Snow walked into the dressing room to stop Crane, Georgie got his phone and said something along the lines of "We got a problem." Right after this scene the Crooked Man shows up with Bloody Mary and Dee and Dum. Looks like Georgie called for backup.

    We know from Jack that the Crooked Man owns the Pawn Shop. Whoever he is, it looks like he's a big businessman with lots of money and a ruthless streak, and the Pudding place is just another source of revenue for him. As Georgie says previously, he takes his cut, so the Crooked Man seems to take the majority of the profits from Pudding. If he does indeed own the strip club, it could have serious consequences for players' Bigbys if they chose to wreck the place earlier
