what does it mean? and how do I do it?

    Just get all of the characters on your side, rough translation, beat the game.

    Actually, more specifically, while I don't know quite why it starts out saying 1 of 5, I think the specific thing that you have to do is click on each of them in the pep talk scene right before you invade the castle.

    It gets to 1 out of 5 if you "knight" Pom Pom with the sword.

    And yeah, to get that achievement you just have to get all the guys to stand at attention while you're getting them ready to storm the King's castle.

    If you decide to exit out of that part early by talking to Homestar, then you have to go back and find another way to get the characters to stand at attention during extended play.
