Bigby was becoming a lap dog, Snows lap dog. When she orders you to burn down the tree you can either choose to be her lap dog or decline. I found Snow funny in this episode Lol. Crane's obsession with her caused her to think she's in control. It just seems like everyone's taking advantage of Bigby.

I liked this episode can't wait for mid- season finale

    Snow has been running the admin stuff for Crane for a long time, so it's not a stretch for her to consider herself in charge now that Crane's gone.

    On top of which, I've been supporting her to step up and take control for herself since the cab ride in Episode 1, it wouldn't be right to undermine her now that she's in a position to actually take the job.

    Plus, what are the other options? Bluebeard would make for a far worse Deputy Mayor than Snow.
