Can't download the game entirely (Steam)

While clicking the install button on steam the information pops out that the game files should have over 4gb, but during the installation it downloads only 3gb. I am able to start the game afterwards but when it asks to "click anywhere to begin" it crashes and throws me back to the desktop. I assume that some files just weren't downloaded during the installation but I don't really know how to solve this problem, any help would be appreciated.

    Right click on TWAU in the library and click properties. Go to "Local Files" and try "Verify integrity of game cache...". If that doesn't work, try deleting the local content and redownload/install the whole.

    Thanks, but I tried verifying integrity of game cache and re-downloaded it 4 times already, it didn't work. I've had the same exact problem shortly before the release of episode 2, I left it for a few weeks at that time and one day it downloaded normally. The problem is I don't know the reason for this problem or for that sudden self-repair, and this time I would prefer not to wait for a miracle for who knows how long

    Well yeah, but right now I'd rather figure out how to get this game running than discuss what's the superior gaming device: PC, Xbox, Playstation or a toaster.
