Cannot Communicate With Telltale Server

Ive Read Alot Of Discussions about this and they should all be about resolved by now but what the heck! i get the error message every time i log in ive tryed everything emailing support all i can but they dont reply so what am i suppose to do? i get the message cannon communicate with telltale server every time i try to log into it idk why ive tryed everything plz help!

    I apologize for the inconvenience. If you have emailed support over the weekend, please know they are working hard to answer every email in the order they are received, and you should be hearing back in the near future.
