Anyone else notice all the strippers have the ribbons around their necks? I think this is the reason why the girls like mermaid cant tell bigby anything. If they do,its automatically reported back to georgie/crooked man. Or it could even be the actual cause of them loosing their heads. Also i think leaving the heads at the woodlands was a message to crane and beauty.

making them talk by just untying the ribbons would be too easy so there must be more to it
Not saying you could make them talk by untying it. I just dont think its a coincidence that youve seen faith,nerissa and vivien with them on,and nerissa cant talk and faith was evassive.
Huh, the ribbon would have something to do with it, I guess.
I still wonder why exactly Faith asked Bigby if her ribbon was pretty in ep 1...
