Bubs' flag:
Bush near Concession Stand
Pompom's Flag:
Buy Bull ***
Country:
Dig near the flag of Country
Strongbadia:
Look behind the brick wall in extended play
Homsar Reservation:
Mysterious bush near the rocks in the back (you set fire to it later)
Cheat and Tirerea:
Look at tire once you gain this country

    Actually you can get the Strongbadian flag during normal play as well - it was the first one I picked up in the whole game,
    just by clicking on the brick wall by accident while I was out exploring
    .
