Has started having problems since episode 2
I think I have a lot of the same problems that a lot of other people have. It started with episode 2. I've tried a lot of trouble shooting already given on these threads, but I thought I'd give this a try too.

I apologize for the inconvenience. After clicking the link you provided, a message appears that the file was deleted by the uploader. Can you please clarify what issue in particular you are experiencing? Also, please re-upload the support tool file to the file hosting website, and copy and paste the new download link if you wish for me to look over your support tool information.
