My save from episode 2 not showing in episode 3

I purchased all episode including 500 days. I just finished episode 2 of season 1. I choose Carly, but when episode 3 came on it didn't save where I left off in episode 2. Doug is showing up instead of Carly. Please help.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please try rewinding to the last checkpoint/chapter in Episode 2, and then play through the last part of the episode, and your choices should then show up correctly.

  • Hi I've had exactly the same problem as this. I've sent loads of emails only has one really with no help! I read this and tried what you said but I'm still getting the same statement "auto generate designs for missed chapters" or whatever. It's really annoying since I've redone the last checkpoint of episode 2 3 times now and still the same thing! Can you please either reply to my emails or help me here, payed a lot of money for something I can't even play now.

    Apologies for my confusion, can you please clarify if you have the most up to date version of the game application? Also, have you tried closing all applications running in the background, then turning off your device for at least 5-10 minutes, and turning it back on and seeing if you are then able to save the game successfully?
