error with purchase

I purchased walking dead season one and when I went to download the episodes it said my internet connection was disconnected but ive done everything else. There is nothing wrong with my wifi I paid $16 so I could play a game I really liked and was disappointed that my 15 minute refund never showed up and I went to refund as soon as it wouldnt work so now im stuck with it can u please help me with my situation it is telling me that my internet connection is disconnected when it's not. Ive even tried restarting everthing.
