Any chance B***** M*** is Faith? Or the other way around?

The first girl we met in the game was at the Woodsman's, who was expecting Lily instead. Woody gets angry and hits her, I guess because the "thing" he had with Lily was more than just about sex...

But, anyway, was this girl really there covering for Lily (who was busy playing Crane's fantasy and, uh, getting killed)? Or was she Mary glamoured, looking for the real Faith or information on however was the murder/assassination target?

(Note that my guess is that there's no serial killer, but that one person was targeted for assassination, and the killer screwed up by killing the wrong prostitute (Lily), forcing him/her to make a second victim, which as for now, I'm not sure if happened to be the intended victim or another mistake... that may be the reason for all this mess... maybe the Crooked man is still after the initial target for whatever reasons he may have).

Anyway, I never believed for a second, that the very first woman that we as Bigby get to meet would be killed off screen, her severed head being the only and last of her that we got to see.

Anyone else thinks that something along these likes is coming? I think it would have been very anti-climatic to reveal that the girl was alive by episode 3, specially after in episode 2 the game practically opened with the revelation that Snow, which seemed to have died the same way, was alive as well... That's why my guess is that they just had us in episode 3 a disguised taste of her come back, just to set us up for a more significant case-revealing surprise.

Also, we know that they both act like badasses and know how to handle Woody's axe. :)

Images from this other thread: www.telltalegames.com/community/discussion/66276/b-m-ep-3-villain-spoilers/p2 that led me to think this whole thing, hehe.

  • Let me see if i got what you're saying:

Bloody Mary glamoured herself as Faith to find her, she went to Woodsman's apartment (Why?) and she took a beating becasue she wasn't Lilly (Instead of fighting back or killing him).
She made up all that drama about the money and kissed Bigby for no reason, only so she could get away with it?

I'm sorry but this is just really confusing.

''my guess is that there's no serial killer, but that one person was targeted for assassination, and the killer screwed up by killing the wrong prostitute (Lily), forcing him/her to make a second victim.''

Who was targeted for assassination? And the killer messed up twice? (Since Lilly was the second victim)

  • Hehehe, you are right... that sucked... it's just that from the beginning thought the girl we met wasn't really dead, and seeing Mary made me suspicious about she being her. Well, maybe I'm not that off and that's the other way around then... I need to play the episodes a second time. I'm still under the impression that it isn't a serial killer. That first prostitute got killed by mistake forcing the killer to make a second victim, making it look serial killing. I will keep an eye around the forums for more information on this..
