Always A Black Screen

Yeah hey I got something to say you know I installed The Walking Dead on my Samsung Galaxy S3 and every time when I open it I always get no picture no graphics and no color but what I do get is sound subtitles and of course a black screen that's all i get I can't even see what I'm doing so can somebody tell me what I should do to get the color the picture and the graphics and by the way I uninstalled and reinstalled the game for like who knows how many times and yet I always get a black screen so please help...

Same problem for me... and it's apparently not ever going to be solved. Feedback on this forum has been simply pathetic. Those same steps are stated when someone asks this question and it just doesnt help.

The latest update to the game application should fix this particular issue for all Samsung Galaxy S3 users. Please make sure that you have updated the app by following the instructions in the article I hyperlinked above, and then restart your device, and start the game application again, and you should then be able to play successfully.
