Can't play Season Two on Vita after downloading the season pass

Just creating a thread to move a post to support in order to better help the person get help with the problem.

    How do I play? I just downloaded the Season Pass, but that changed nothing. If I try to download the individual episodes, it tries to charge me.

    Hy sme here in Italy i downloaded Season pass episode 2 and even single episode cause i did not know.
    Now how do install it?
    I downloaded the full game season one but no updated for season 2.
    Please if you know how tell me thanks

    There are more users reporting on the official Playstation forums Germany that episode 1 is missing from the german psn store. We paid 20 Euros for the season pass and can't play the game now...

    I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are currently looking into why this issue is occurring. As of now, it only seems to be effecting Playstation EU members. If you are in the NA (North America region) and are effected by this, please let us know, as we are currently looking into the issue. We hope to have more information soon.

    Anything new?
    Couple minutes ago, Episode 1 appeared on the Vita store for a short time. But I didn't bought it, because it wasn't free for me although I bought the Season Pass. Now it has disappeared again....
    Entering the store with my PC, Episode 1 is now available but again no detection of my existing Season Pass. I don´t want to pay another 5 Euros... :(

    EDIT: You can find Ep. 1 now on the PS Vita Store Germany but it doesn't detect my Season Pass and want to charge me the original 4.99. What should I do?

    Hi there,

    i am one of the unlucky ones from germany who can not access the game after buying it on psn for my vita.

    Will check PSN Store in a few hours and will post an update here.

    edit at 6pm on 24.04.

    everything seems to be fine now....
    Game Episodes downloaded and game starts and both episodes can be chosen from menu...
    so for me the problem is fixed...

    Please tap "download" on The Walking Dead: Season 2 - Season Pass on the PlayStation Store, and you should be prompted to download the Episode 1 demo, and the unlock key. Downloading both items will install Episode 1 to your Vita.
