After importing saved game data to S2, can I replay S1 without affecting the already imported save?

I just finished playing 400 Days on a NA PS3, but wasn't able to get the rock, paper, scissors trophy against Eddie in my play through . So what I want to know is, if I go ahead and import my save file into Season Two, which I haven't played yet, will I be able to go back and replay the 400 Days episode without affecting the already imported 400 Days save file?

I apologize if this doesn't make sense, but I'd like to know before I purchase Season Two.

    Yes, your imported Season 1 save will not be effected if you go back and replay a section of 400 Days. Please note that any changes you make to the previous save file will have to be re-imported into Season 2 if you want them to carry over.
