Order not shipped yet
I had ordered the soundtrack set, and two posters near the beginning of September, and the entire order hasn't shipped yet. I didn't want to post anything until after september since that was the estimated ship date of the soundtracks.
Is there any way I can get my order broken up so I can get the things that are in stock in? Barring that, is there a new estimated shipping date?
I've been waiting for them for a while, and I'm disappointed in the fact that my credit card was charged, and it's been almost a month since I made the order, and no word or updates on it.

We charge for preordered merchandise at the time the order is placed (it says this during checkout on the last page before you place the order, but I'm sorry if it was unclear).
We can't split the shipment, but if you don't want to wait anymore we can remove the soundtrack from the order and refund that portion. If that's what you'd like to do, please email support@telltalegames.com and someone will take care of it for you.
Orders will be fulfilled in the order they were placed, but once they start shipping I don't think it'll take more than a few days for all of them to go out.
