iPhone 5 - cannot download

Hey there. I've been downloading and playing the episodes one by one on my iPhone 5, and I've been really enjoying the game.

I purchased episode 4 yesterday, and have been unable to download it. The purchase has gone through, the screen has changed to 'get game' rather than buy game, so I know it's not that. The cash has gone out of my account.

I have followed all advice of this forum given to other users about closing down all apps and restarting the device. I have also checked to see there is enough space on the phone to download the episode.

When trying to download, the counter stays at 0% - then after a while, I get a 'connection lost when trying to download data' menu appear. It's not the connection, I have tried from my work, home and partner's house.

The only thing that has changed since yesterday is the fact that I updated the software on my phone - it's now running iOS 7.1.1.

Perhaps this could be the problem. if so - could you please fix this as soon as possible. I was really enjoying the story, and want to continue. If this isn't fixable, I guess I'll have to contact Apple for a refund - is that the correct process?
