Can't place the Castle

I've followed the walkthrough on www.hrwiki.org to the letter, but even though I have the Jela-Ton I still don't have the KoT Castle to place. Did I miss something?!

    You only get to go to the castle after you've won the race, have you done that?

    To get the KoT's Castle on your map - go to the basement of Strong Bad's house, and talk to Homestar there (and also watch the TV).

    Don't forget Homestar is simultaneously occupying three rooms of your house all at once... each one needs something different :)

    Oh.. just read the walkthrough on wikie: http://www.hrwiki.org/index.php/Homestar_Ruiner_Walkthrough and it seems you can get Homestar upset with his nudity/marzipan situation without winning the race?

    Either way the order of the items in the following "House of Strong" section is important, you must talk with Homestar in all the first three items to trigger stuff.
