How do I get a refund
I purchased season pass on my iPad Air. But like a lot of people it will not download season 2. I get a message telling me that my connection has been interrupted and to try again. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection so the problem must lie with telltale games. I have tried all the things advised on here such as deleting and reloading the game but nothing works. I wish to get a refund as I have done everything I can now and do not wish to try any further with this flawed game. I have contacted apple app support and they have advised that I contact telltale. But there isn't a contact link!

Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are able to download Season Two and/or the episodes in-game.
