How do I get a refund

I purchased season pass on my iPad Air. But like a lot of people it will not download season 2. I get a message telling me that my connection has been interrupted and to try again. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection so the problem must lie with telltale games. I have tried all the things advised on here such as deleting and reloading the game but nothing works. I wish to get a refund as I have done everything I can now and do not wish to try any further with this flawed game. I have contacted apple app support and they have advised that I contact telltale. But there isn't a contact link!

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.

    Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are able to download Season Two and/or the episodes in-game.

    For any inquiries regarding refunds or refund requests for purchases made through the Apple iTunes App Store, please contact Apple Support, as they are the sole distributor of the game application on the App Store.

  • I said in my post that I have tried all the things advised on these forums. Which includes the advice above which has been given out to dozens of people. This is a flawed game and clearly does not work. Just read all the negative reviews you're getting in the App Store.

    My apologies, as this is an iOS related thread, did you purchase the game from our website for your iOS device, or for your PC/Mac? Please note that our website only has the PC/Mac version of the game for sale, and the iOS version of the game is available to purchase from the iTunes App Store from within your iOS device.
