Black screen, can someone please help me

I need some help and no one is helping me for 3 days. I bought two of your games so far, and got one working but walking dead is not. not sure I will buy more.
I'm experiencing an issue when trying to load on from Episode 4 to 5. On continuing the game in episode 5, I get a black screen and the sound is there and text but all else is black. cursor disappears

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please try starting the game again, and once you see the black screen with sound, try switching the game to Windowed Mode using the Windows shortcut (ALT+Enter) and you should then be able to see the game. You can then play in Windowed Mode, or try changing the Graphics and Resolution to a lower setting, and then switching back to Full Screen mode.

    My apologies. Can you please clarify if you ever played the game in a Compatibility Mode or used Run As Administrator? If so, did you ever change the settings to or from the time that you originally played it as?

    yes I have tried compatibility mode and ran as administrator. I have made no changes to any settings at any time and now a have bought Jurassic park and can't get that to work. please help me as I'm losing my mind. thanks, jeff

    I downloaded Jurassic park again and it is working good now, just need help with walking dead.

    My apologies. Can you please clarify if you've ever played whole episodes at a time, in a Compatibility Mode? You may need to switch back into that Compatibility Mode in order to continue your save, as the settings were saved into a compatibility mode.
