TWD-Season 2 crashes to XBox Dashboard.

Yesterday i purchased season pass 2-5, and downloaded the episode 2 from in game menu. episode was working fine till i left and now when i restarted my console today, and tried to launch from My Games menu it crashes to xbox dashboard with error message saying "Game could not start, try re-downloading the game".

My internet connection is absolutely fine, i can play other multilayer games without any issues. Even TWD season1 works just fine.


I am using a Xbox 360 Slim.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. I recommend deleting and re-downloading the game from the Xbox Marketplace, and then see if you are then able to play. Please note that your save files will not be harmed in the process.

    You also may want to try clearing your system's cache. You can find out how to do this here:

    Hi Mike,

    Thanks for the update. I am able to play now after re-downloading the game and all my saved files are intact.
    Any idea why did this happen at all?

    You may have received an incomplete game file, or title update file that created this error. I am glad you are now able to play. Enjoy the game!
