HELP Xbox season pass can't see Ep.3

Hi, I own the Xbox season pass and cannot see Ep. 3 for download. I'm connected to the internet and restarted console + game multiple times. Under Ep. 3 just shows Coming Soon. Region is Singapore. Cannot find The Wolf Among Us or The Crooked Mile in the Xbox marketplace either. Just searched on the PC Xbox marketplace but there's only the option to purchase chapter 3 separately.

    Why is this? Xbox's ridiculous region limitations really screw over the consumer, especially when I've bought the season pass. I'll be changing to the Thailand region in a few months when I move, will I have access to the game then or is this just a giant fuck you forever?

    Yes, The Wolf Among Us is available in Thailand and all subsequent episodes will be released in that region as well. I apologize for any difficulties this has caused you.
