Worried about no response!

I filled out all the info for.....http://www.telltalegames.com/support/discussion/43289/the-walking-dead-hitching-on-xbox-360-4gb - ....3weeks and 4days ago but have not heard any response. Also emailed support just to make sure they received my info but again still no response. Should I have received anything about this yet? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    I apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. If you have sent your Claim Redemption Form to twdclaim@telltalegames.com, you should be hearing back within the four week time frame, as stated in the Claim Redemption Form. If you have emailed our Support Staff at Support@Telltalegames.com, please note that they are working hard at answering every support email, in the order that they receive them, and you should be hearing from them in the near future.
