    Ok I'm pretty sure that the Poopsmith is Dr. Zoidberg. And it appears to me that Strong Bad is a Predator but will of course be something else because it looks nothing like him and he was supposedly going to be a Xenomorph last year.

    As far as I can tell, Homsar appears to be The Poopsmith.

    Strong Mad looks like one of those spikey stone blocks in the Mario Bros games. The ones that drop on you from the ceiling.
    My guess for Homestar is Edward Scissorhands (without the scissorhands....)

    Edit:

    The king of town looks to be Hello Kitty, and Strong Sad looks like Mr T.

    Jibblies 3? If you wait a bit, the Jibblies painting shows up, says 'Come on in HERE!!!!' and scares the w in week away.

    And homsar looks like the Poopsmith.

    Strong Mad as a thwomp actually makes sense, and that's probably what he'll go as. I thought the Poopsmith was Zoidberg too, which would look great.

    Poor The Cheat - he doesn't appear to be dressed as anything!

    After looking at Pom Pom some more, I think I'll take a wild guess and say... he's Nicholas Angel from Hot Fuzz.

    I don't know, but I think Strong Bad is dressed up as Wolverine, but with some awesome body suit that makes him look taller. But I do have to agree with you on Homsar's Costume of...

    Probably not Doc Brown. The Poopsmith already dressed up like him, and I don't think they will use the same costume twice (even if it is a different character).

    Homestar's hair looks vaguely pointy and anime-ey. It looks kinda... Super Saiyan 2 Gohan-ey.
