Season pass/ download issues

I have a season pass and it's not letting me download. If you are having this issue, contact support here to get them to work on patch. Deleting and reinstalling isn't fixing it. I talked to Microsoft , they said they have had a lot of reports of similar issues .

    Well its definitely May 14th today and some of us with season passes still cannot download episode 3 for some reason.

    Breaking my heart, Telltale. It's the 14th of May, and still no love (I also have the season pass / xbox 360). A quick browse through Google suggests that others are enjoying the game already...

    ... can you let us know what the deal is?

    HALLELUJAH!! Woke up this morning and checked the post, decided to give mine another try and it is downloading :D So glad happy right now. I hope this issue doesn't happen to me again when Wolf comes out....I don't think I will be able to handle that lol.

    Its not downloading to iOS here in Australia, and its the 15th here.....

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately the iOS version of Episode 3 has not been released yet. It will be available by the end of May 15th, PST.

    I can't download the game. I have a season pass and Today is the release date but the game doesn't even say that I have a season pass and is asking me to buy the pass or the episode again. How do we fix this?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. We have heard of a few Xbox users experiencing this issue. Please go to the Xbox Marketplace, and do a search for 'In Harms Way' (The name of Episode 3). Your search results should come up with the episode. As long as you have purchased the Season Pass, you should be able to click on the episode on the Marketplace, and it will show up as Free. You can then choose to download it from the Marketplace, and it will download to your Xbox and you will then be able to play the episode.

    i have xbox 360 purchased the season pass 2 and dont have any downloaded can ya help and were is the marketplace i cant seem to find ether season 1 downloaded fine by self but not 2

    If you cannot seem to find the Episode on your console, you can try following this link, and log into your Xbox Account, and see if you are able to download the Episode to your console remotely. Here is the link:

    Well, I definitely have a season pass, but for some reason it won't let me download episode 3, even though I don't recall having issues downloading episode 2! (Although I did have this same problem with episode 2 of The Wolf Among Us). I just want to play the game!

    [Edit: Just to clarify, I'm on XBOX 360 in the US...]

    Please log into your Xbox Live account, then click on 'Download to Xbox 360' at the bottom right corner.

    Please clear your console's cache by following the instructions in this link:

    support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/system/clear-system-cache

    Then after you have cleared your system's cache, please start the game while connected to the internet, and you should receive the Title Update necessary for you to see the Episodes of your Season Pass as purchased, and Free to download.
