Episode 3 Unavailable?

I have the season pass for Season 2, so I accessed the game and attempted to find the download for episode 3, but it still says "coming soon." I also tried looking for it on the Playstation Store and it was nowhere to be found. Is it not available yet or is this just an issue that I am having?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if you are in the EU or NA region? The North American region should be able to download Season Two today, and the European region will be releasing tomorrow.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. If you are not able to see the Episode as available in-game, please do a search for 'In Harm's Way' on the Playstation Store, and it should come up as available to download. If you have already purchased the Season Pass, it will be available to download for no extra charge, and allow you to download it to your system. Then start the game and you should be able to play the Episode.
