Downloading Problem?

I've been trying to download The Wolf Among Us episode 3 lately, but whenever I do, It gets about half way done then says something like: "Please connect your PC to the internet. ((Or something like that)).
I've restarted the game several times, but it still wont work :( Anyone know how to fix this?

    I had the same problem, send a message to their customer support e-mail: support@telltalegames.com

    I had the problem fixed for me in a few days.
    To speed up the process you should try to give as much useful info as you can think of in the first mail(country, game version etc.) and after that just follow their instructions.
