DRM question

Just wondering, but if (God forbid) Telltale had to close, and consequently they had to shut down the game activation / login servers, would I still be able to play my games?

I know I sound paranoid, but I'm just comparing this to what I've heard about Steam, that they already have the code written in case they have to shut down their authentication servers. I know I can buy Sam & Max on Steam, but I would love to support Telltale by buying it here, not to mention getting the DVDs that come with the Sam & Max seasons (and hopefully the SBGfAP Series).

Thanks!

There isn't code built into the games to just start working without DRM per se, but if Telltale did end up closing for some reason, we have solutions in place for that. We're all aware that nothing sucks more than arbitrarily losing access to something you've paid for and own, and if for some reason something happened to the studio, we'd of course make sure that people could still play their games.

Also, for what it's worth, the disc version we offer for free to season subscribers at the end of each season has no online activation, just a simple disc check.
