Walking dead season 2 startup bug

So i jsut downloading episode 3 for season 2, and the game had worked perfectly fine until then, but now when it launches from steam on my PC i get a black screen and a cursor for half a second, and then it closes. Sometimes a steam ad pops up, as if I had manually closed the game. Any help?
