Game won't start up

I just bought the game, installed it the game starts I bought the whole package all 5 episodes, then the game crashes, now I start it again I just get a black screen and the game crashes, I searched the forums found out that it needs to be updated to 1.02 and then I need to close my iPad and it should work, I did all of that I still get the black screen and it crashes, please fix this.

    If you look at the top of the page up there ^ where it says Games/Community/Blog/Support, try clicking on support and looking around or posting in there.
