Season 2 Episode 3 crashes

SPOILERS AHEAD I have just started playing episode 3 from season 2 and when Carver Kills Reggie he tells you to go down to help and he stays with Sarah, the thing is when the game loads for the next scene the game suddenly stops! I tried it 3 times ( i had to restart the flowers scene ) and the same keeps happening PLEASE FIX THIS im really into this and i want to finish episode 3

    I have the same problem at the same part, i've restarted that scene 3-4 times and it still crashes. I'm using an iPod 5 running iOS 7.

    I found how to fix it, just close all apps from the multitask and turn your ipod off for 5 minutes and then turn it on again, retry the scene and you should be able to continue after the scene! You are welcome :P ( i already finished the episode it is so damn good )

    Yes, @TheWalkingBurrito is correct. I will post the solution again below for details:

    "Please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.

    Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are able to successfully complete the episode."

    So far, my game has only crashed once, but the iOS version seems very buggy. There's been many scenes where all the choices say "empty", and I've also had the characters just become ragdoll-like and just stand there until I restart the game. Is there an update with bug fixes coming soon?

    Can you please clarify what iOS device you are currently playing on? You may need to make sure all apps in the background are closed to ensure the device's processing power is focused on running the game.

    If you are seeing blank or 'empty' choice boxes, please rewind the game to the chapter/checkpoint before it after closing all applications in the background, and you should then be able to see the text properly in-game.
