Test Your Games - TWD S2 Ep3

Not really impressed with the Achievement issues that seem to appear on your games, this is the second time I have had issues with the Achievements.

Anyway, my issue is I have completed Ep 3 from Season 2 and I only have 16/16 Achievements and 200 Gamerscore, I have re-download my Profile and it failed to solve the issue.

I would like to know what you are going to do as this is not acceptable for a product with pay good money for.

Before I go, I will say Congratulations on the Episode as it was cracking and I really enjoyed it and now I am climbing the wall for Episode 4.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. You may need to recover your gamertag, and then play through the parts in the episode where you did not receive the achievements/gamerscore. You can find out how to do this here:

    You can also try clearing your system's cache, and then restarting your console, and/or resetting your internet access point, and then try playing through the episode again. You can find out how to clear your system's cache here:
