Problems with Season Pass

Hello,I would like a prompt reply to this problem please.
So I installed The Walking Dead Season 2 Pass (I purchased it and I gave money) and then downloaded it.Then I downloaded the Demo so I can get all the episodes for free.I opened the game and I had to PAY for the episodes so I can play them,quickly after that,I went to my download list but the Season Pass wasn't there at all and my money was gone!

I've been trying to solve this problem all day,I tried everything!I was in bond with TellTale Games and the series "The Walking Dead" and I've bought them ever since they begun putting them out on the PS Store.So I would want them and if I don't get an answer,I want a refund of a 20 PSN Card!

I desperately need an answer. :(

    I apologize for the delayed response. Have you verified that the transaction went through successfully? If you purchased the Season Pass, please make sure that you have downloaded both the Demo, and the Unlock Key from your downloads menu. The Demo is only the Episode 1 demo, and downloading and installing the Unlock Key will allow you access to the full game. If you cannot find the Unlock Key in your View Downloads page, try searching for the Season Pass in the PSN Store, and see if you can download and install it directly from the game's page.
