Season pass issue - Haven't received code

So I heard that 48 hours after you buy season pass you'll be messaged a code for episode 2, but I haven't gotten mine yet. Was wondering if maybe you guys could send a code to my email since I've been waiting patiently. Oh and, I have already spoken with Xbox Support, and they told me to come here.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. The codes for Episode 2 were due to an earlier issue with our game, and that particular has been fixed. Please try starting the game now while connected to the internet, and you should receive the Title Update necessary for allowing you to download the Episodes for free.
