S2 Ep3 freezing

My game freezes every time the guy complains about the breaks on the truck, I've tried reinstalling both the episode and game and it still freezes. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify what model Xbox 360 you are playing on, how big the Hard Drive is, and how much space is left on the Hard Drive? If it has plenty of free space, please try clearing your system cache by following the instructions in the link here:

support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/system/clear-system-cache

After doing this, please start the game again while connected to the internet, and you should receive the latest Title Update, and after you download it, you should be able to play through the episode.

it's the starwars 320gb elite model with a 141gb left, I cleared the cash and updated but the game still froze

I apologize for any difficulties this has caused you. We have not heard of this particular issue before. Can you please clarify if this is the only game that is experiencing crashing issues, or if you are crashing while playing another games? I suggest trying to play Episode 3 on a blank save slot, and see if you are able to get past that point on a new playthrough. If you are, then there may be an issue with your save games, and I would recommend unfortunately, that you delete those save games, and start Season Two again using a new game, or importing your Season One saves again.

I finally got the game to work after deleting the game and both dlcs then redownloading them but thanks for the responses
