Okay I had a look on my episodes list and episode 4 is avalaible to download but every time I press download it would let me do it ...a little confused?

It's not available to download yet. The trailer is releasing today so the episode may be out next week.

Yeah, sometimes the episode will say it is for download earlier than it is.

I'm not from Telltale so I don't know for sure why this happens, but I guess it is simply Telltale uploading the episode prior to its official release.
