Lost my 2nd Stickanee! Help!

edited November 2008 in Strong Bad Hints
I put the second stickanee on the podium in Ireland. It's gone now, and I can't get another one? Did I hit a dead-end?

It shouldn't be gone gone. If you put it in the wrong city, it should be left on the podium with a note from Sultry Buttons. If it's not on the podium in Ireland, perhaps you put it in another similar-looking city?

Hrm - I wonder why they didn't call that location Belfast? All of the others are cities - Tokyo, Cairo, Venice, Paris, and...Ireland.

It's because Strong Bad didn't know much about Ireland. He said so himself.

AH! Venice... how could I have forgotten that I left the flower in sweet Venice. Thanks for the help, Rev.

An easy mistake to make. Once you've traveled the world as much as we have, all these cities start to look alike.

Sorry to dive into a resolved thread, but I have a feeling that Belfast would be a controversial choice, since it's the capital of Northern Ireland (rather than the Republic of Ireland, whose capital is Dublin). Clearly Strong Bad was in tune with the many cultural sensitivities that persist in this region, and picked a more general location name as a result.

    ;)

... So I guess the question now is: Why not Dublin?

That would offend the Northern Irish.
