I buy the epsone 2 but the game crush

this not my first time i buy fuel epsone for the first sessone but after i buy the fuel backig the application never start when i open it it give black screen after that its close and i buy it on PC now when i want to play it on ISO i buy the apllication and it work after i buy the epson 2 it happin like what happin with sesson 1 help pleas our give me back my mony

    I apologize for the confusion. Can you please explain if you are having issues on the PC version, or the iOS version? If you are experiencing issues on the PC version, Please go to the above link, follow the instructions to download the Support Tool, run the tool on your computer, then upload the support tool file that outputs to a file hosting website. Then copy and paste the download link to that file in a reply to this thread, and I will be able to assist you with your issue.

    If you are experiencing issues with purchased episodes not being available to download on the iOS version, please click on the second link in my last post to see the workaround that has worked for restoring your previous purchases.
