Canada, 4+ week shipping?

Hello.

I have an order that shipped Oct. 27, and I have not received it yet. At this point, it shipped 4 weeks ago. I'm a bit concerned that the package was either lost, or left in my mailbox and stolen (possibly by neighbor's brat kids). I'm curious if there is anyway to check if the package was delivered, or if USPS/Canada Post has it.

    There's no way for us to track it, but sometimes Canadian packages do take this long. It could be held up at customs. Please give it another week or so, and if you haven't received it by the beginning of December, send us an email at support@telltalegames.com with the order number and we can ship a replacement.

    I received the order today (Nov 26). Customs dated it Nov 07. Not too pleased with Canada Post, but I received it in good condition.

    Canada Post misprinted the customs charge as $117 instead of $11.70, they corrected this without too much hassle when I picked it up. They also said they where only going to hold it for one day, which makes me a bit wary. Hopefully I'll have alternatives to USPS for shipping in future orders.

    Glad to hear it finally made it! (And also that they figured out their mistake with the value and were able to correct it.) A lot of times these long shipping times turn out to be customs related and there's nothing we can really do about that, so thanks for your patience.
