Issue Downloading Ep. 4
For some reason I am not able to download the new episode. I double checked the released dates and saw that today is the release for Xbox and I even have a season pass. For some reason this red circle with the slash through it liked me enough from walking dead that it followed me to wolf. I joke but this really is rather frustrating and annoying. I'm not sure if its just me or if there are others experiencing the same issue. 
I just want to play though.

I'm experiencing the same issue. I'm just going to let it sit for a day and hope that it clears up. This would be the second time I've had issues downloading an episode (Episode 2 was the whole code fiasco). Love the game, but disappointed by the technical issues.
Yeah, I'm experiencing this with the season pass as well, so you're not alone. Sucks 'cause I was hoping to play it before work.
I don't have a Xbox but i think it will release when they update their marketplace, i did a quick google search and it said it updates around 5AM EST but that could be wrong.
OzzyUK is probably right. The marketplace most likely hasn't updated yet since it's not available for purchase in the market yet. But, if it becomes available for purchase & we still can't download it, then it's time to riot. :P
