My guess is actually sooner, the 8th of July. Mainly think that because when "In Sheep's Clothing" got it's banner it only took 8 days for the episode to release.
Not only that, but since we're likely getting 2 episodes this month, I feel like the 8th would be a nice date to get it.

I think with both TWAU and TWG Telltale won't say anything, if there's a 2nd (or 3rd) Season. I guess they just drop an after-credits-scene that strongly hints towards another season.
