Sam & Max Season 2 DVD...still not delivered

Hello Everybody,
it's been almost five weeks since I ordered Sam & Max Season 2 Collector's DVD, and it hasn't been delivered yet.
Why is it taking such a long time? Has any problem occured with my order?
My order Number is #600012228426703.
Thank you in advance for your attention.

Your order shipped on October 27, so it's been just a month. Sometimes international packages can take this long, especially if they get held up at customs. There's no way for us to track the package but it hasn't been returned to us, so it's probably just taking the scenic route. :)

Please give it another week or so, and if the first week of December goes by and you still haven't received it, send an email to support@telltalegames.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement.

    Hello,
I've received my DVDs, the t-shirt and the case file yesterday: purchased 17/11, shipped 18/11, delivered to Italy on 11/12.

It didn't take so long :)

One question: the booklet inside DVD 1 only contains pages 22-23 and says "Continued on p. 24", which isn't there.
Is this something for me to hunt for or just a mistake?

Per Giovanni: spero che siano arrivati anche i tuoi!

That's a joke. :D All season long, everyone wanted to know what "warp drive" did, and it actually doesn't do anything. We thought it would be funny to imply that warp drive actually did something and then not provide the page that described it. :)

The more I look into the things I've bought, the more I'm tempted into looking for strange, hidden meanings in them... Until now I've been good, but now I feel the urge to analyze all DVD's media for steganographic contents.
Is this something too worry about, doc ;)?
