Xbox 360 - can't download ep 4- game throws me out of Xbox Live

I am not able to download episode 4 for xbox360. The Wolf Among Us actually throws me out of Xbox Live(!), I am signed in when starting the game, but during the loading of the game's main menu I get thrown out.

    I got it to work on my 6th attempt. It is not a connection issue on my end, so there must be some limit at Microsofts end or something.
