Steam - After d/ling ep. 4 game will not launch

So I just got done downloading episode 4 for PC using Steam, and I go to play it, and all I get is a black screen with the spinning cursor in the middle that never changes. I've tried restarting the PC as well as verifying the game cache, and nothing changes. Also pressing Alt+Enter to try to put it into windowed mode does not work, pressing Alt+Enter for me does nothing.

EDIT: Just noticed I had fraps running in the background. Closed it, now the game opens with no issues. Leaving this here in case anyone else gets the same problem.
